Joshua Marcus

As President, Josh Marcus has guided the business for over 14 years leveraging more than 23 years of expertise in the recruiting industry as well as an additional 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and account management with a Fortune 100 company. He earned his BA from the University at Albany and an MBA, from Duke, The Fuqua School of Business. Josh worked internationally in Bangkok Thailand for three years, spent seven years operating in the greater New York Metro area, and has been based in St. Petersburg FL for the past 18 years where he has led the Commercial Practice as well as Business Development for the firm. He is passionate about helping clients find the best talent possible to ensure their success, and is privileged to support the most vital, innovative, and collaborative Life Sciences and Healthcare organizations in the world.

Angel M. Luisser

Angel M. Luisser has led both Corporate and Executive Search recruiting efforts for more than 15 years with a focus on highly specialized clinical and operations executives within the Healthcare, Biopharmaceutical, Higher Education, and Manufacturing industries. As a member of the senior leadership team, she currently leads the Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, HR, and Corporate Practice Areas for Marcus & Associates, in addition to supporting the needs of Community Health, Hospital, Cancer Center, Education, and Research client partners. Prior to joining the team, she served as Vice President of Operations for an Executive Search firm providing permanent and contract leadership recruitment solutions to meet the growing demands for licensed care professionals and executive leaders across care levels. Her Corporate background within Academia also includes leading full-cycle recruitment of Didactic/Clinical Professors, Program Administrators, Deans, and Executive Leadership for Colleges specializing in Business and Nursing as well as a University with degree programs across disciplines from the Associate to Doctorate level.

Greg Cosma, Ph.D.

Bringing over 20 years of experience as a senior leader in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Vice President of Genentech Research and Early Development, Greg is currently Owner and Principal of Cosma Biopharma Consulting, LLC. Greg is currently a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Immune-Onc Therapeutics and the R&D Advisory Board of Erasca, Inc. Greg has led efforts across R&D that have resulted in numerous approvals of currently marketed drugs, spanning diverse therapeutic areas and modalities. In addition to his broad development responsibilities at Genentech, Greg led Project Agility, an organization-wide effort to enhance innovation and pipeline delivery. He is widely considered as a trusted and transformative thought leader in the industry, applying disruptive strategies to enhance and accelerate pipeline delivery and efficiency. Sheryl Martin-Moe, PhD

Sherry is a Biopharmaceutical executive leader with over 30 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic and device industries in the US, Europe and ROW. She is a Concept to Product CMC expert with demonstrated success in bringing over 100 products through development, clinical trials and to market and supporting licensed products. She has a breadth of cross functional leadership experience, directing departments including: Analytical, Formulation, Device, and Processing Development; Clinical and Commercial Quality Control; and Clinical Production for Drug Substance and Drug Product. Sherry has established a scientific track record for designing and successfully implementing integrated programs including: CMC, Development, Operations, Combination Products, Technology Transfers, Drug Product Network Process, Comparability, QbD, Process Validation.

Jay Casey

Within Intellectus, he specializes in advising and managing relationships with life sciences and tech clients. He is also responsible for day-to-day oversight of key operating units, including Investment Planning & Analytics, Strategic Product Management, and Risk & Quantitative Analysis. Prior to founding Intellectus Partners, Jay served as a Director at Deutsche Bank, where he was an Advisor and Portfolio Manager for more than a decade. He had oversight of the team’s investment strategies, including its fixed income, equity, liquidity, and alternative investment offerings.
